Judgement House 2015 at NBBC
Jeremy and Lisa Johnson are hurting from their parent's divorce. While Jeremy has found comfort in his faith, Lisa has turned to some new friends at school. Dan and Claire, who have introduced her to a dangerous game of mixing stolen prescription narcotics. When Lisa, Dan, and Claire visit a neighborhood party to engage in their favorite pastime, they expected this party to be just like any other. They had drunk their drug cocktail many times before, but this time things go terribly wrong with eternal consequences. Come witness the final destination of our story's characters as their eternal choices are judged.
History of Judgement House at NBBC
Over the years JH has served as wonderful evangelism project for NBBC and its membership. While the stories change from year to year, the fundamental truth of salvation through Jesus Christ is consitently presented. Here are the lives that have been changed by God through this evangelism tool at NBBC since 2001.
What is Judgement House?
Judgement House is an evangelism project established by New Creation Evangelism. NBBC covenants with New Creation Evangelims to present the JH project to our community.
The JH project is a walk-through drama that follows the lives of several characters through a series of decisions and the eternal consequences of those decisions. The story is presented in several rooms where the gospel message of salvation through Christ and Christ alone is presented to the story's characters who make a decision to accept or reject Christ. The tour completes with witnessing the eternal consequences of the story character's decisions.
Some elements of Judgement House are considered too intense for young children. NBBC has established a policy of no children under the age 10 may attend JH presentations at NBBC.
A Place for YOU to Serve
It will be here before you know it! Places of service are numerous and we need everyone to be willing to be involved in some capacity. Can't attend every night ... no problem! Tell us your schedule and we'll work with you so you can still participate. Pick up a Judgement House flyer at the Welcome Desk in the main foyer for more information. Once it is completed, put it in the offering plate, hand to Mike or Cheryl Red or bring it to the church office. Remember we have a job for e-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y!
