Ann has been on staff at NBBC since 1981 as church secretary and some of that time as church pianist. Previously, she worked at churches in Galveston, Beaumont, and Butte, Montana, in both secretarial and music positions. She attended Baylor University and Montana Tech. The Roubions (Bob, Ann and four teenage children) came from Montana in 1981. Bob passed away in 2003. Today the family has expanded to include the spouses of their four children, eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Music and Youth Secretary
Ginger a native Texan has been with the NBBC Staff since August 2002. She is our Church Receptionist and Assistant to the Music Minister and Youth Minister. She is a member of the Adoration Choir and has served on several committees before she was hired for her present full-time position.
Ginger is married to Keith Smith, who has served on the Building and Grounds Committee, Transportation Committee and who is a Deacon. They have two boys; Brandon and Jared and a daughter-in-law, Rebecca Griebenow Smith. Ginger and Keith became first time grandparents October 23, 2009 with the birth of Eli Brandon and now have a grand daughter, Madilyn Leigh born September 10, 2012. Ginger and Keith were married February, 1982 in the Chapel here at NBBC.
Pat joined NBBC in February 1982 and has been on the staff for over 30 years. She has served in many roles and in her current one as Education Coordinator for 19 years. The Hess family moved here from MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL when her husband Jim retired after serving 20 years in the US Army. Jim is a Life Deacon, and has been Sunday School Secretary for the past 20 years. Pat and Jim have been married 46 years and have two adult children, Tim and Chris. The twinkle in their eye comes from the love of their grandchildren, Abigail 11, Luke 9, and Jackson 2 2/1. Pat has a love for mission work having served in the Ukraine and Aruba and considers it a priviledge to work on the staff of NBBC.
Linda came to NBBC in April of 2003. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Southern Arkansas University and worked in the corporate sector for many years prior to joining the NBBC staff as Financial Secretary.
She married Nathan L. Williams on April 10, 1965. They have two married children, Greg and Elisa, and four grandchildren: Micah, Aaron, Alexander, and Anthony.
